Cityscapes® Lanscpaing LLC is a design-build company; we build what we design - however, we do not offer design-only services.  We provide landscape design solutions for our clients’ needs and desires that are appropriate as well as exciting and innovative. We have a thorough understanding of the unique conditions an urban garden presents. We are meticulous about detail from careful planning to the final installation. We encourage open communication with the client throughout the design and installation process and we welcome ideas and suggestions from our clients. When installing our designs, we maintain a clean work environment, and at the end of each day, we clean up the work area in order for the client to continue using the space as much as possible.  Everyday we feel inspired when creating useable and beautiful garden oaisis for our clients.  We love to bring people and plants together in areas where they can relax, restore and recharge from daily life.

The owner of Cityscapes, Joan M Janssen, is a Professional Member of APLD, the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, a group of the dedicated and experienced designers working to protect the integrity of the landscape design profession, requiring high standards of practice for its members in the delivery of landscape design services.

Maintenance and Fine Gardening

We, at Cityscapes, take great pride in providing high-end, quality service to our clients.  We offer maintenance and fine gardening programs customized to suit each client's criteria.  We maintain high standards of horticulture practices and we take meticulous care of our clients' gardens and landscapes while at the same time caring for the environment.

Because we understand the unique lifestyles our clients lead, we are able to take care of all their landscape needs with trust and discretion, which frees them from the concerns regarding their properties and gardens. We are flexible in responding to the changing needs and conditions of our clients' landscapes and we are fast in responding to special events and wishes that arise. Consulting and Garden Coaching

We offer garden and landscape consulting by the hour.  We meet with the client to discuss their garden needs, assess their gardens and answer questions they may have.  

We also offer garden coaching by the hour on a schedule that fits the client's needs.  We assist clients in maintaining their own gardens by carefully guiding and teaching them during the gardening process.
